About: This is a Flanders red based on a recipe shared by Jester King for an RU55 clone. Both FRs were fermented with Roselaire Blend. This notable blend was selected exclusively from batches of Medianoche aged for 25-39 months, creating. The extensive aging took place in Old Elk Port Cask Finish Bourbon, Law’s Whiskey House Rye Whiskey, Wheated Weller Bourbon, Buzzards Roost Bourbon, Wild Turkey Rare Breed Bourbon, Old Elk Bourbon, Sazerac Rye Whiskey, Blanton's Bourbon, and Stagg Jr Bourbon barrels. About: 6.8%; What better to celebrate 15 years of La Cumbre than a big aggressive IPA. Heavy citrus notes of orange and grapefruit team up with apricot, passion fruit, peach and other softer aromatics of sweet pine for a wonderfully pleasant sensory experience. Subtle malt characters blend smoothly with a rugged bitterness that leaves you wanting another sip. Thank you for a great 15!

This imperial stout blend rested for 37 months in barrels that stored first-use 23-year-old Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve Bourbon, which has been referred to as the holy grail of bourbons. We were beyond fortunate to age our Medianoche base beer in these casks. The flavors that developed during maturation in these unique barrels include molasses, leather, light tobacco, caramel, and vanilla. Furthermore, you’ll discover the distinct sweet woodiness for which 23-year Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve Bourbon is known with this once-in-a-lifetime Medianoche blend.
