About: A collaborative foeder-fermented Black Farmhouse Ale, Lachesis was brewed with Maine-grown pale malt, oats, wheat, and a touch of black malt. We fermented Lachesis with our house blend of S. diastaticus and Brettanomyces cultures, prior to being dry-hopped for an allotted time on loads of Hallertau Blanc, Citra, and Mosaic hops just before bottle refermentation.
