Wytchmaker (Jester King) - Commercial
Style: Specialty IPA: Rye IPA
by Ben K.
About: "Wytchmaker is brewed with organic base pilsner malt, 19% malted rye and 4.6 lbs. of hops per barrel. It’s an aggressively hopped rye IPA, but is mashed at a low temperature and sparingly uses unfermentable malts to finish dry, juicy, and delicately spicy. "
Dork Mild - Homebrew
Style: 13A. Dark Mild
by Ben K.
About: A take on Machine House Brewing's dark mild.
Celebration (Sierra Nevada) - Commercial
Style: 21A. American IPA
by Ben K.
About: "Freshly picked hops, rushed from farm to brewery, fill Celebration IPA with powerful citrus and pine flavors. When you’re on the slopes with friends or building a backyard campfire for the fam, you need a beer as fresh as fallen snow. Pure hops, balanced with rich caramel malt, make this a celebration in every sip."
This Page Intentionally Left Blank (Green Cheek Beer Co.) - Commercial
Style: 21A. American IPA
by Ben K. (via Corey)
About: "This one is Californian through and through!!! Very pale in color, wonderfully dry, squeaky clean and snappy on the bitterness, with a lovely resinous hop intensity that shows in both the sniff and sips. Tasting notes? Think SpongeBob Popsicles, tangerine zest, and some of that super fresh Mary Jane. Ps. This hop blend just makes us smile."

Spooky Hollow (2023) - Copper Kettle, Denver, CO - Commercial
Style: 13C. English Porter
by Corey T.
About: 9.2% ABV; Spooky Hollow is our interpretation of what a 'Pumpkin' beer SHOULD be. We start with a rich but not roasty Imperial English Style Porter recipe and age it in Caribbean Rum barrels for an entire Spring and Summer season. After aging, we add traditional pumpkin spice flavors from whole spices including vanilla beans, nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove. The result blends a rich beer style with some boozy oak and then flavors it with just enough spice to give a preview of the flavors of cooler Fall weather on the horizon
d'Astra - Homebrew
Style: 28C. Wild Specialty Beer
by Corey T.
About: 9.7% ABV; brewed with Clementine and Blood Orange zest in whirlpool and the juice of both in secondary. Shot for 6% and got amazing attenuation with a hefty starter of Bootlegger's Jester King culture and racked onto the cake of my previous saison competition entry
