DDH Cloud Party by Highland Park Brewery - Commercial
Style: 21C. Hazy IPA
by Ben K
About: "This double dry hopped hazy DIPA clocks in at 8.3%ABV & uses a healthy dosage of Citra Cryo, Galaxy, & Vic Secret hops. Pouring a dense hazy yellow appearance into the glass, this DIPA explodes (like the picture!) with intense aromas of fresh grapefruit, mixed tropical fruit candies, & orange slices. We’re really enjoying this batch of DDH Cloud Party & know you all will too!"

Timbo Pils by Highland Park Brewery - Commercial
Style: 5D. German Pils
by Ben K
About: "Timbo Pils is our 5.8%ABV west coast Pilsner hopped with a combo of Mosaic & Citra hops. Pouring a clear golden yellow appearance, Timbo bursts with bright aromas like mango, zippy lime zest, & Riesling Grapes."
Oak-Aged Crescent Hill by Sapwood Cellars - Commercial
Style: 7A. Vienna Lager
by Ben K
About: "Few styles exemplify beer’s “liquid bread” moniker as much as Vienna lager. The toasted German malts provide the same sorts of melanoidins created by the Maillard reactions of protein-sugar-heat you’d find in an artisanal loaf. Like bread there isn’t much sweetness left behind after cold lagering in contact with light-toast French oak. Like bread, freshness is key so this beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized!"
Osmosis by Sapwood Cellars - Commercial
Style: 3C. Czech Amber Lager
by Ben K
About: "We brewed this Amber-hued lager with all Czech floor-malted Pilsner and Caramel malt from Raven and Czech Saaz hops. While we couldn’t import the super-soft water from Pilsen we did the next best thing, Reverse Osmosis! The resulting low-mineral water creates a crisp base that lets the hop flavor shine without accentuating the hop bitterness. The result is a malty lager that balances grassy, toffee, and herbal notes."
Grapefruit Cryovolcano by Sapwood Cellars - Commercial
Style: 21C. Hazy IPA
by Ben K
About: "We created a draft-only variant with grapefruit zest for the first batch of Cryovolcano, but this is the first time that concept is making it to cans! Citra® and Mosaic® already provide grapefruit aromatics in combination, but we wanted to reinforce that with actual grapefruit zest for this mega-variant! We spent a few hours peeling 150 ruby red grapefruits to infuse for that citrusy aroma boost, and slightly elevated bitterness we wanted!"

Something Truly Evil For When You Decide You Need It - Burial Beer, Asheville, NC - Commercial
Style: 22A. Double IPA
by Corey T.
About: A Double India Pale Ale spurred by the infection of our adoration for hops. We focused on reliably fresh form of Citra and Motueka at its core, and enlivened by tropically bombastic Galaxy and Strata. As always, we finished with a dose of Cryo, from our hand-select Idaho Citra. Passionfruit sorbet doused in lemon lime squirt, sprinkled with peach rings, and enveloped in a cloud of OG kush.
Southbound Pachyderm - Homebrew
